The business initially focused on Moulding Machines and Engineering Products, establishing the manufacturing expertise and technical foundation that would shape the company's future.
Over four decades, that foundation grew into a complete sports ecosystem — spanning gym equipment manufacturing, sports flooring and surfaces, sports infrastructure development, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities across India and international markets.
The journey that began in 1986 under the vision and leadership of Shri Vijay Kumar Grover Ji continues today with the same values, experience, and entrepreneurial spirit — now carried forward as ThermoBlow Engineers Private Limited.

The Beginning
ThermoBlow Engineers was founded by Shri Vijay Kumar Grover Ji with a vision to establish a strong and progressive engineering enterprise.
The company started with the manufacturing of Moulding Machines and Engineering Products, building a strong foundation based on manufacturing excellence, quality, and innovation.
Entering the World of Sports
ThermoBlow Engineers entered the Sports Equipment Industry, manufacturing Gym Benches, Dumbbells, Rods, Weight Plates, and other Sports & Fitness Equipment — marking its first major step into the sports sector.
Entering Gym Equipment Manufacturing
The company expanded into the manufacturing of Gym & Fitness Equipment. With continuous innovation, manufacturing capabilities, and an expanding product portfolio, ThermoBlow steadily strengthened its position in the fitness industry.
Pan-India Network & Own Gyms
ThermoBlow Engineers developed a strong Pan-India business and distribution network, and entered the gym operations segment — running its own gyms in East Delhi and the Ghaziabad region, gaining practical experience in fitness management and customer requirements.
The Next Generation Joins
Mr. Chandan Grover joined the family business after completing his education, bringing new ideas, energy, and vision. The company further expanded into Sports Complexes, Stadiums, and Sports Facilities — providing equipment, services, and solutions to sports institutions.
Entering Sports Infrastructure & Flooring
ThermoBlow Engineers expanded into Sports Infrastructure and Sports Flooring, importing and supplying specialized flooring and infrastructure products for Indoor Stadiums, Sports Complexes, and Stadium Facilities.
This transformed the company from an equipment manufacturer into a comprehensive Sports Solutions & Infrastructure provider.
Puneet Grover Joins the Business
Mr. Puneet Grover, the younger son of Shri Vijay Kumar Grover Ji, joined the business after completing his education in the United Kingdom. With the next generation on board, the company gained further momentum in vision, operations, and market reach.
Expansion into International Markets
ThermoBlow Engineers expanded beyond the Indian market into the Export Sector, supplying products and solutions across Asian and European markets, while continuously introducing advanced products and the latest technologies in Sports Equipment, Flooring, and Infrastructure.
Badminton Academies & Institutional Services
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the company expanded further into sports operations, running two Indoor Badminton Academies, while continuing to provide services to Schools, Colleges, Universities, Sports Complexes, and Stadiums.
This experience helped the company understand the complete ecosystem of sports — from equipment and flooring to infrastructure, facility development, and sports operations.
